Shazumi Kabuki Band Performance
Presented by Hakone Gardens at Hakone Gardens July 10, 2012 Shazumi, a Kabuki band from Kyoto, will be visiting the United States to do a performance and workshop of traditional Japanese Kabuki music. The band is a group of professional players who are active in the front lines of the industry, including the leader Katsushichiro Kineya, who is a renowned Nagauta shamisen player. In addition, Geiko from Kyoto will be joining Hakone in a workshop. There will also be a wine tasting.
