    Alviso Walking Tour Alviso Marina County Park Alviso Walking Tour Presented by Preservation Action Council of San Jose at Alviso Marina County Park June 10, 2012 The tour will cover the history of Alviso from El Embarcadero de Santa Clara continuing through to Rancho Rincon de Los Esteros and on to the independent city of Alviso, home of Bayside Cannery. We will discuss the subsidence from farming and its effect on the area. The tour will begin at the Marina parking lot and visit the endangered City Landmarks in the historic district.
