    Built in 1929, this historic landmark came to life during an era of elegance and romance. Today, this building radiates with the warmth of tradition and is available for hosting special and corporate events.  Upon entry through the oak front door is a spacious foyer surrounded by elegant, tall, arched windows. This is a perfectly sized area for guests to mingle in elegance, while providing a dramatic entry point into the Landmark Ballroom.

    The Landmark Ballroom offers over 3,000 square feet of hardwood floors, perfect for those who plan on doing a little dancing. The ballroom also boasts thirty-foot-high ceilings and a row of grand arched windows that face north, providing ample daytime light and evening atmosphere. Encompassing one end of the Landmark Ballroom is a raised stage. Located adjacent to the Ballroom is a spacious tea room.
