Mayer Theatre - Santa Clara University March 2-March 10, 2012 This is a tale that is literally at the core of the atomic bombs dropped on Japan. It is about a thirst for and ignorance of radium and uranium; about the torturous journey to move radium from mine to market; about the exploitation of the Dene people who exposed themselves and then the world to deadly radioactivity. However it is also so much more. This is an evening of powerful words and images delivered with startling honesty.
