Thank you for your interest in promoting your event. Some details about the LiveSV Half-Price Tickets (eSavers) program:

• A promotional email previewing the offers is sent Wednesday evenings to our subscribers (currently, well over 13,000).
  
• This service is free; organizations are only responsible for credit card transaction fees, which are simply subtracted from your payout checks. (A 3.25% bank fee is assessed for each credit card transaction).
• Submission deadline: Tuesday by Noon for that week's issue.
• We accept performance/event offers up to 60 days in advance.
• We require that you allocate a minimum of 10 tickets (or 10% of your house, whichever is less) for each performance/event date.
• Your box office staff will be provided with a login and password once your event has been entered into the ticketing system, and your staff will be responsible for obtaining the online patron Will-Call list for each performance.
• LiveSV.com adds a per-ticket convenience fee (paid for by the patron) to the discounted price. The fee is based on the original face value of the ticket (i.e. full price). Examples:
  • Face value of $15 or less = $2 fee
  • Face value of $15.01-$24.99 = $3 fee
  • Face value of $25-$34.99 = $3.50 fee
  • Face value of $35 or more = $4 fee
