Gallery House was founded in 1958 as part of the Palo Alto Consumers' Co-Op. The first exhibition space was in a residence in College Terrace. Gallery House has been a permanent showcase for local artists, some of whom (such as Jean Laury, Della Tabak Feldman, and Carrie Abromovitz) have become national figures in the art scene.

I've been visiting a number of galleries in the area, and was really favorably impressed by Gallery House. It is a pleasant space (you have to go through Printers Inc. Cafe to get in) and the work... Expand
