The 53rd Annual Members Exhibition of the Art Guild of Pacifica is being presented in the Main and West Galleries at Sanchez Art Center. The awards juror is Shannon Trimble, Gallery Director of Braunstein/Quay Gallery in San Francisco. Concurrently, the 52nd Annual Awards Exhibit will be presented in the East Gallery. This is Sanchez Art Center’s third annual 50-50 Show, an art extravaganza that will fill the Main, West, and East galleries with 3,500 original artworks. Juror DeWitt Cheng, noted curator, author, and art critic, selected seventy artists from 117 applicants, and these artists have dedicated themselves to creating fifty small artworks in fifty days. It’s a challenge for the artists and a true bonanza for art lovers.
