Floor-Barre is a gentle, yet effective, technique for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Designed for dance professionals, the Floor-Barre method is used by all the major ballet/dance companies of the world. Utilizing the floor without pressure of gravity. Afro-Rumba with Anthony Littlebear - Dance Class

This class is a great workout and the only one of its kind in the South Bay. It helps with individual body isolations and posturing, putting Afro-movements to music. Afro-Rumba will definitely improve your salsa dancing.

Participants learn how to dance and interact with live improvisational rumba music, and a partner. Please be on time and hydrated for class. Be ready to stretch and go straight in Cuban Rumba guaguanco!
