    Get a taste of the Olympics in your own backyard at the seventh annual Spirit of The Flame Challenge. Over the course of this exhilarating three-day competition, more than 800 top U.S. and Canadian female gymnasts will flip, fly, balance and tumble to spectator delight during Northern California's premier gymnastics competition.

    From tiny Level 4 gymnasts to mature Level 9, 10 and Elite gymnasts, this Challenge brings together some of the best our nation and Canada has to offer for a brilliant display of athleticism. This year, over 500 Level 7 - Elite gymnasts will participate in the competition.

    The Spirit of the Flame Challenge is  hosted by West Valley Gymnastics' Booster Club of Campbell, California. Three of West Valley Gymnastics' own top young gymnasts will bedazzle with their talent: all three qualified for the 2010 National TOPS program and one qualified for the National Judges Cup. The Spirit of The Flame Challenge is Olympic fun for the whole family!

    This event takes place in Exhibit Hall 3 of the San Jose Convention Center.

      Organizers of The Spirit of The Flame Challenge do a phenomenal job on this event. Come out to support these amazing athletes!

      I attended one of these events before, it was awesome! These girls are extremely talented, and to have over 800 of them right here is San Jose is incredible.
