Raquel Coelho is a Brazilian writer and ilustrator of childrens books. Her whimsical illustrations are made using found objects and handmade puppets, and have received many prestigious awards in Brazil. In this exhibition, her unique collection of dioramas and handmade shadow boxes will present the history of theater as a theme. Amazing puppets and beautifully-made scenery will take the viewer on a voyage to the most important historical moments...

These illustrations were published as a book in Brazil in 1999.
