    Stella, Rosemary, Linda, and Beth have some things in common besides being educated, successful, professional women, they also share the same address. They reside at the Delaware Valley Federal Correctional Facility. The Divas indulge in their lavish and luxurious lifestyles until a murderess moves in, and the Department of Corrections announces its intention to close the Delval facility, and relocate inmates to the Black Rock Federal Prison....
