    Broadway by the Bay presents Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Based on the 1988 movie that starred Michael Caine and Steve Martin, this hilarious musical comedy opened on Broadway in 2005 to critical acclaim. The story follows the exploits of two flim-flam men plying their shady trade on the French Riviera. There are many colorful characters, clever plot twists and romantic misadventures as the story unfolds.
