The Refugees extensive song catalog includes all of Petty's hits with the Heartbreakers as well as his solo work and other side projects like The Traveling Wilburys and Mudcrutch. Stealing 3rd is more than just a cover band -- it’s a party waiting to happen. The band is based in Redwood City, CA and has been together since 2007. Stealing 3rd plays local clubs, public events and private parties and has developed a loyal following thanks to solid musicianship and the showmanship of lead singer Craig Nieves. The band is known for encouraging audience participation, from dancing with the band to joining in with impromtu background vocals to sitting in on tambourine and cowbell.
