    In the Art Loft, children learn to create visual art that is meaningful to them using both authentic and unconventional art-making tools and materials. Guided by program specialists, children engage in unique visual arts projects that support their exploration of ideas, development of skills, and ability to perceive aesthetically. Experiences offered in the Art Loft change regularly and may include drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, or...

    In the Art Loft, children learn to create visual art that is meaningful to them using both authentic and unconventional art-making tools and materials. Guided by program specialists, children engage in unique visual arts projects that support their exploration of ideas, development of skills, and ability to perceive aesthetically. Experiences offered in the Art Loft change regularly and may include drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, or sculpture. Parents and caregivers can expect to spend about thirty minutes in the Art Loft assisting children in the art processes. Designed for children ages 4-10.

    Parking:

    Parking is available in the city-owned lots on Woz Way and around the Museum. The parking lots that surround the Museum charge variable rates based on events scheduled in the downtown area, and CDM has no control over the daily rate. Handicapped parking is available in the Museum's loading zone, adjacent to Woz Way. County transit bus lines and Light Rail trains stop near the Museum.
