  I loved this script, this story, these characters, but closing performance the pacing seemed way off. Bickering, bantering, husband and wife I thought should almost be overlapping each other, instead... Expand

  I loved this script, this story, these characters, but closing performance the pacing seemed way off. Bickering, bantering, husband and wife I thought should almost be overlapping each other, instead there seemed to be pauses after each line. The scenes between Molly and Beane were great and Beane was well cast and stood out in his eanest creative perspective of the situations he found himself in. As always the space was transformed masterfully through clever set and strong lighting design. I'm always impressed that each time I come into the Dragon theatre, they have taken that intimate stage and made it look so different. Dragon does important and solid work and although I think I may have seen an off night, the story still stays with you. Collapse
