    Presenting the 2009-10 Evening of Cultural Arts Series, the nineteenth season of eclectic arts offerings at the intimate Sunnyvale Theatre. This year's theme celebrates "world talent in a neighborhood venue." With eight musically diverse programs, the upcoming season promises to deliver colorful cultures with genres including traditional American folk, Brazilian, Celtic, Tahitian, Chinese music and more.

    VOENA Voices of Eve ‘n’ Angels - Voice of the Season, A Multi-Ethnic Celebration:  Heavenly harmonies of young voices will ring in the holiday season. VOENA, the internationally acclaimed children’s a cappella choir, will perform seasonal music from around the globe, in the group’s exciting signature style, with movement, color and percussion instruments. The children range in age from 6 to 18 and represent dozens of cultural backgrounds. VOENA’s performing credits include performances at the White House for Presidents Clinton and Bush, at the Vatican for Pope John Paul II and Carnegie Hall, as well as other international events. The group’s director, Annabelle Marie, was honored with a Jefferson Award for her visionary program which does not require children to audition, only to have a desire to sing and willingness to work hard.
