The Campbell Summer Concert Series is brought to you by the City of Campbell and generous donations from the community. The series starts in mid-June and continues for nine weeks with a different band playing each week. Bring a lawn chair and support the Campbell Museum Foundation by purchasing BBQ hot dogs, polish sausages, chips, cookies, wine, beer, soda and more. Please leave your pets at home. August 20: Sage (R&B Dance, Rock, Latin, Soul Motown) - Beginning their musical quest in 1969, Sage has stayed true to its mission of playing great R&B funk and soul. Over the years the band has maintained the eight-piece member format for that big, full sound they like to deliver at live performances. Although based in San Jose, it was obvious from the beginning the solid rhythm section and blasting horn section felt the funk and soul influences of the East Bay.
