    Donna Orme works from vaguely felt thoughts and feelings expressed in the colors and forms which emerge through her art. Her world revolves around creating mixed media and printmaking artwork, such as the current body of cast acrylic monotypes. The works incorporate an interplay of space, color, circles and lines as she searches for new and creative expressions. Constant reminders of unfinished works prompt Donna to action.     Donna Orme works from vaguely felt thoughts and feelings expressed in the colors and forms which emerge through her art. Her world revolves around creating mixed media and printmaking artwork, such as the current body of cast acrylic monotypes. The works incorporate an interplay of space, color, circles and lines as she searches for new and creative expressions. Constant reminders of unfinished works prompt Donna to action. Fascinated by the jars of colored paint in her studio, she ponders the project for the day. The colors will need to be mixed together to achieve the desired consistency, tone and value for the current pieces that are being developed. Donna moves to express what is inside her, so the experimentation begins. The artworks start to guide her toward a completed work.
