    Estate Planning Attorney Eric Norris will present a seminar to discuss the "Death Panel Myth" and to explain why all Californians need an Advance Health Care Directive now, how to ensure it will be available to health care providers, what goes into an AHCD and what doesn't, and how to prepare one. Eric also will explain how the recent changes in the Estate Tax will affect you.
