During the last decade, significant donations and selective purchases of works from the second millennium BCE to the 20th century have expanded the Asian art collection at the Cantor Arts Center. Since important examples of works from other regions and cultures, including India, Indonesia, and Tibet, are presently on display in collection galleries, the exhibition will focus on acquisitions of Chinese and Japanese works of art. Parking:
Parking along Museum Way is by permit only until 4:00 pm on weekdays, parking is free after 4:00 pm and on weekends. Metered parking is available along Lomita Drive in front of the Center, and a parking structure with both metered and permit parking is located on Roth Way near the Center. This parking is free after 4:00 pm weekdays and all day on weekends.
