    Music@Menlo invites applications for Patron Services Coordinator for the 2010 summer season. This individual will serve as the public’s first point of contact and oversee all aspects of Music@Menlo’s ticketing services with a strong emphasis on customer service. This includes communicating with festival patrons in a professional, timely, and courteous manner, implementing all ticket order fulfillment activities with great attention to detail, collaborating with development staff on VIP ticketing, overseeing an intern, and working extensively with the ticketing database in a relational database environment.
